October 2016 HSCA Newsletter
The October issue of the HSCA Newsletter has been mailed. This is the final issue for 2016.
Ken has produced another really nice newsletter for the association. I was impressed with the article on the USA-HD. That is a neat story. The article by Dick Baker concerning Myths and Legends of HS is great historical insight. The grip variations of the lever/name through the S-101 pistols is great information for us to ensure we have the proper grips for our guns. John Stimson's SH rarity list is interesting. Note the change in PR rating of the 7.25 inch 10-X from PR-8 to PR-5. According to John, there are fewer than previously thought due to counting errors by the people compiling data for John Currie. There were likely around a dozen of these made according to current knowledge.
