Fall newsletter

ABOUT HSCA

The High Standard Collectors' Association was founded in 1991 to promote friendship and communication among the those interested in the collection, research, preservation and use of High Standard firearms, memorabilia and accessories. We include the Fiala, Hartford Arms and Schall firearms as part of our group. They were the direct predecessors to High Standard.

Newsletter:

HSCA publishes a critically acclaimed quarterly newsletter which includes articles and photographs of High Standards. Members are encouraged to participate by asking questions of the group on the forum. The forum is also used to review or make comments regarding High Standard products. Members may advertise to sell or buy High Standard items, or make comments related to High Standard products. We also publish pieces from historic High Standard literature. In order to share information we have copied previous newsletters to DVD. They are available for sale to members only.

Meetings:

HSCA holds annual meetings at a large gun show each year. In 1994, 1997 and 2014 meetings were held in Cleveland at the Ohio Gun Collectors Meeting. The 1995 and 2003 meetings were held in Houston. The 1996, 1998, and 2000 meetings were held in Louisville, Ky. at the National Gun Day show. The 1999 and 2013 meeting was held at the Tulsa Gun show. The 2001 and 2002 meetings were in Kansas City, MO. at the NRA annual meeting and the NRA Collectors show.

High Standard Collectors' Association has also a proud history of exhibiting at the NRA Annual meetings since 1999. We have won multiple awards and prizes for our displays. In 2013 we received four of the seven top NRA Collectors' awards. In 2015 we received four awards at the NRA annual meeting in Nashville. HSCA received the Best of Show, First Place, Second Place and Third Place awards at the Great Falls, Montana Gun Show in 2015.

Next Meetings:

The Annual HSCA 2022 Meeting will be held in Kansas City, MO. at the Missouri Valley Arms Collector's Association 51st. National Summer Arms Show the Weekend of July 16-17, 2022. Plan accordingly.

The 2022 Western Regional High Standard Collectors Gun Show is yet to be determined.
